His career has encompassed senior and executive roles across construction, project management, development site acquisitions, and full life cycle development management, overseeing projects from inception through to completion.

Currently, Zach oversees Allera’s portfolio of luxury residential developments, where he holds ultimate responsibility for driving their success as Managing Director. His expertise ensures that these projects meet Allera’s standards of excellence while delivering superior returns for Allera’s partners.

Throughout his career, Zach has excelled in strategic master planning and rezoning of large-scale, underutilized assets for urban renewal. He has also successfully negotiated major development agreements with State Government departments and ASX-listed developers, as well as acquired and delivered a wide range of projects across multiple asset classes.

Zach is as dedicated to fostering the distinctive Allera culture as he is to ensuring superior returns for partners. His leadership, clarity of thought, and expertise in managing diverse stakeholders enable him to add significant value at every stage of a project’s life cycle.

Jordan has been part of the Allera team since its inception and plays a key leadership role in the business. He oversees the successful delivery of Allera’s expanding portfolio, driving each project from early feasibility through to completion. Jordan is recognised for his ability to lead high-performing teams, navigate complex challenges, and build trusted, outcome-focused relationships with key stakeholders.

He plays a central role in the origination of development opportunities and the structuring of deals that support Allera’s continued growth. As a qualified solicitor in NSW with five years at Maddocks Law Firm, Jordan brings a sharp understanding of legal and commercial risk that underpins his approach to acquisitions, capital partnerships, and transaction execution.

Jordan’s expertise spans project management, authority engagement, consultant leadership and construction delivery. His calm, strategic approach and commercial acumen bring clarity and direction to even the most complex development scenarios. With strong technical insight, leadership capability, and a focus on stakeholder alignment, Jordan consistently delivers value across the business and every project he leads.

With over 10 years of experience in both the public and private sectors in Australia and the United Kingdom, Lewis’ technical planning expertise and development management skills enable him to provide effective advice across residential, commercial, mixed-use, educational, health, and Government asset classes.

Since returning from the United Kingdom in 2018, Lewis has held roles in private NSW practices, where he brings a global perspective in his approach to solving challenges in the NSW planning system.

Lewis prioritises partnerships, aiming to work proactively with the Councils and State Government authorities, maintaining an acute focus on commercial results for his partners.

Despite Allera Planning being based in Sydney, Lewis has recent experience collaborating with many regional NSW Councils, including Orange, Bathurst, Tweed Shire, and Bega Valley. Lewis has an extensive background in providing statutory and strategic planning advice, preparing Development Applications (including Regional and SSDA), and Planning Proposals. He prides himself on his ability to achieve positive and commercial outcomes, even in the most challenging projects.

As co-founder and by embracing Allera’s partnership-first philosophy, David has been instrumental in establishing, nurturing and growing key strategic partnerships across all facets of Allera’s operations.

As a vastly experienced strategic thinker with a unique combination of skills across all property sectors, David’s inherent ability and experience enables Allera the opportunity to “Think Beyond” what others may consider the norm to deliver exceptional results across all forms of real estate development and construction.

With a proven track-record of success across all facets of development David also possesses the inherent ability to lead, manage, mentor, and motivate multidisciplinary teams to realise the vision for each project.

During his 40 years’ experience in development and construction David has held senior executive roles with major ASX listed and private developers including Mirvac, Brookfield Multiplex, AVJennings, Walker Corporation & Metro Property Development.

In addition, David currently contributes his time, leadership, and governance skills as Regional President of the Housing Industry Association of NSW, and as a member of the School Council and Chair of the Building and Infrastructure Committee of William Clarke College at Kellyville.
